ROCC — Radiation Oncology Care Connection

HOW WE WORK

Flexible support without fragmented accountability

ROCC structures services around the operational reality of each radiation oncology organization. Some work can be provided effectively through secure remote access, while other responsibilities require scheduled or responsive onsite support. Our goal is to create a clear model that matches the clinical need rather than forcing every center into the same arrangement.

Engagement Models

Multiple ways to work together

Ongoing managed coverage

A defined ROCC team supports recurring physics, dosimetry, QA, safety, or operational responsibilities over an extended period.

Hybrid remote and onsite support

Remote services are combined with planned onsite professional coverage according to the responsibilities and needs of each location.

Supplemental capacity

ROCC adds capacity to an existing internal team during high volume, leave, vacancies, or periods of organizational change.

Project-based support

A defined team completes a commissioning, implementation, QA, regulatory, or operational project with an agreed scope and timeline.

Multi-site support

Clinical and operational services are coordinated across several locations with common communication, reporting, and accountability.
